Former Guess Frontman Announces Solo Album and Tour

Burton Cummings, the former frontman of the legendary Canadian rock band Guess Who, has announced the release of his first new solo album since 2008, as well as a 60th anniversary tour.

New Album: "My Own Way"

The new album, titled "My Own Way," is set to be released on March 31, 2023, and will feature 10 new songs written by Cummings. The album was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee, and produced by Grammy Award-winner Fred Mollin.

Cummings' official website describes the album as a "collection of timeless songs that showcase his signature songwriting style and powerful vocals." The album's lead single, "My Own Way," is a classic rock anthem that reflects on Cummings' long and successful career in music.

60th Anniversary Tour

In addition to the new album, Cummings has also announced a 60th anniversary tour that will kick off on April 20, 2023, in Orillia, Ontario.

The tour will feature Cummings performing his classic hits, such as "American Woman," "These Eyes," and "Share the Land," as well as songs from his new album. The tour will stop in cities across Canada and the United States, including Toronto, Montreal, New York City, and Los Angeles.
